【Programme Arrangement under Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8】
International Arts Carnival 2025: OvO by dybwikdans (Norway)
(Performances on 20 July 2025)
According to the Hong Kong Observatory, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 will be issued, performances of OvO by dybwikdans (Norway) on 20 July 2025 (Sun) at Black Box Theatre, Kwai Tsing Theatre, will be postponed. Ticket holders may attend the rescheduled performances or obtain a refund by presenting their original intact tickets (with stubs).

Ticket holders may present the original tickets for admission to the corresponding rescheduled performance at the Black Box Theatre, Kwai Tsing Theatre on 21 July 2025 (Mon). Ticket holders of the cancelled performances and those who are unable to attend the rescheduled performances are reminded to keep the original intact tickets (with stubs) for refund arrangement. According to the Hong Kong Observatory, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 will be issued. As severe weather is expected, the “Ace Agent’s Writing class” Parent-child Creative Workshop scheduled at 3pm on 20 July 2025 (Sun) at Sai Wan Ho Civic Centre will be cancelled. Ticket holders are reminded to keep the original intact tickets (with stubs) for refund arrangement. *International Arts Carnival 2025: OvO by dybwikdans (Norway) arrangements for 19/7 matinee performances*
When the Hong Kong Observatory issues the Strong Wind Signal No. 3, the performances of OvO by dybwikdans (Norway) will proceed as scheduled at the Black Box Theatre, Kwai Tsing Theatre. Ticket holders who are unable to attend may request a refund by presenting the original intact ticket (with stub).
